The Heart-Pumping, Stress-Reducing, Social-Boosting, Mind-Enhancing Workout! This is a type of dance where we dance in one or more lines or rows, facing in the same direction and executing the steps at the same time. No partner required.

What happens when you blend a Barre-based workout with Pilates , intervals of cardio, strength training, stretching and recovery?
[Daniella'sBodyBeautiful] Barre/Mat Fusion is a workout where your arms, thighs, glutes and abs get sculpted in the form of long, lean, gorgeous muscles. Simply said, I take the best of interval training and turn up the volume.
My interval sets use your body’s own weight as resistance. Your muscles are targeted and overloaded to the point of fatigue, then stretched for relief. This process includes muscle-defining arm exercises , intense thigh and glute sequences , waist-chiseling ab moves and fluid stretches. It’s not easy, but that’s precisely why it works.

This is a fusion of Pilates and a Barre-based workout with intervals of cardio, stretching and recovery designed to rapidly transform your body.
My class incorporates cardio, strength training, stretching and recovery that systematically improves flexibility and endurance , while strengthening and sculpting muscles. This means you’ll look as good as you feel .

My classes are for beginners to advanced, each structured to maximize every minute and every move with my unique choreography and expert instruction. No matter what kind of shape you’re in, whether you loathe exercise or workout seven days a week, my workouts will change your body – and your life. Daniella Rousal is a Certified STOTT PILATES Mat, Reformer, TotalBarre, ISP (Injuries & Special Populations) Instructor as well as being fully-trained in the Cadillac, Ladder and Barrels.
As a Master Teacher, Internationally-Certified Dance Instructor and Adjudicator (Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Contemporary, Urban), a world-ranked Ballroom Dancer (International Standard & Latin), a Certified CanFitPro Personal Trainer Specialist, a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Certified Healthy Eating and Weight Loss Coach, Daniella’s experience and expertise provide her with an awareness and respect for how the body moves and functions. This allows her to guide clients through a safe, challenging and effective transformation.
